Today’s Special: Avocado Shrimp Toastadas – $3.75. There aren’t many yummier combinations than sautéed shrimp, crispy, fried tortillas and avocados, and these dolly-sized tostadas have all three, plus Pico de Gallo for a spicy kick!

Flan with Raspberries – $3.50 Silky custard topped with caramel sauce, whipped cream, and delicate raspberries.
Agua Fresca – $2 Agua fresca is a light fruit drink popular throughout Mexico. It’s simply made by blending fruit with water, a bit of sugar and a little lime juice, and it is as beautiful as it is refreshing! Comes in your choice of two flavors, Watermelon or Honeydew.
Horchata – $2 This traditional Mexican rice drink is sweet, cool and refreshing, and is infused with spicy cinnamon and garnished with a cinnamon stick.

The Taco Truck has many happy customers! I’m sure they will start lining up again when they hear the Mariachi band playing.
For plates white mini cupcake liners were used. Also used were appetizer or taste tester plates. Both of these were found at Walmart in the party supply aisle.
