Today’s Special: Avocado Shrimp Toastadas – $3.75. There aren’t many yummier combinations than sautéed shrimp, crispy, fried tortillas and avocados, and these dolly-sized tostadas have all three, plus Pico de Gallo for a spicy kick!

Beef & Bean Burrito – $3 Ground beef, pinto beans, and cheddar cheese wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.

Beef Enchilada – $3 Spicy ground beef wrapped inside a corn tortilla, then topped with Dolly’s famous enchilada sauce and cheddar cheese.

Conchas (Mexican Sweet Buns) $1.75 These lightly sweet yeast bread buns are named for the beautiful sugary shell patterns on their tops. Your dolly would love one with her breakfast or as a light dessert after a spicy Mexican meal! Comes in your choice of pink, green, or orange.
Churro – $1.50 If you’ve ever been to a street fair, you have probably smelled the cinnamony-sweet scent of churros wafting through the air, making everyone hungry! Crispy, light and delicious, these churros will remind your dolly of warm summer nights spent riding the ferris wheel!

Flan with Raspberries – $3.50 Silky custard topped with caramel sauce, whipped cream, and delicate raspberries.
Agua Fresca – $2 Agua fresca is a light fruit drink popular throughout Mexico. It’s simply made by blending fruit with water, a bit of sugar and a little lime juice, and it is as beautiful as it is refreshing! Comes in your choice of two flavors, Watermelon or Honeydew.
Horchata – $2 This traditional Mexican rice drink is sweet, cool and refreshing, and is infused with spicy cinnamon and garnished with a cinnamon stick.

The Taco Truck has many happy customers! I’m sure they will start lining up again when they hear the Mariachi band playing.
For plates white mini cupcake liners were used. Also used were appetizer or taste tester plates. Both of these were found at Walmart in the party supply aisle.
