Doll Valentine’s Day Party Invitations & Decorations

February 1, 2017 By Brandy 7 Comments

The days are counting down to Valentine’s Day!  Decorations and valentines are being made for homes and classrooms.  Our dollhouse needed a little valentine love too.  Today I will share with you how to get a Valentine’s Day party together for your dolls.  I have free printables for doll sized Valentine’s Day invitations and a heart banner.  I will also share some decorating tips from dollar store finds.  In previous posts I made some cute doll sized pink and red treats; see how those look displayed at this party!

A pretty party invitation is just as important as the valentine!  I have a free printable for you here: Doll Valentine Party Invitations

“It’s that special time of year when Valentines is drawing near.  Some yummy sweets we’d like to share because love is in the air!  February 14th.  Don’t forget to bring your Valentine!”

To make this heart banner you will need the free printable provided.  Cut out hearts.  Use a small hole puncher and punch holes on each side of heart.  Thread hearts together with thin string.  You can make this banner as long or short as needed.  Your free banner printable is here: Doll Valentine Heart Banner

Consider using a heart sized placemat from the dollar store as a cute and festive area rug!  Another dollar store find that adds a pop of color and flare are these cute table toppers.  These toppers are usually kept in the balloon departments for weights.

You can find information on the doll sized pink & red pizzelles and cannoli here: http://brandyshappyhome.com/doll-sized-valentine-pizzelle-cannoli/

You can find information on the doll sized polymer clay cookies here: http://brandyshappyhome.com/diy-doll-tupperware-pie-mat-clay-cookies/

I am in love with this “Heart Throb in Training” shirt from the Neat n’ Cheap Doll Outlet!  I will be sharing more boy doll clothes from Neat n’ Cheap with you next week!  You can find this adorable shirt here:  http://www.ebay.com/itm/Heart-Throb-Training-Short-Sleeve-T-Shirt-Fits-American-Girl-18-Doll-Clothes-/162326758880?hash=item25cb6dc5e0

The doll Valentine’s Day party was a huge success!  This party girl is tired and ready for sleep.  She looks so cute in her zebra heart nightgown, also from the Neat n’ Cheap Doll Outlet.  You can find this nightgown here: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Zebra-Heart-Nightgown-Sleep-Pajamas-PJs-Doll-Clothes-Fits-18-American-Girl-/161906090063?hash=item25b25ae04f
