The Doll Wedding ceremony is over…now to celebrate at the reception!
I was thrilled when the Lemon Bay Doll Company joined in as a sponsor for The Doll Wedding. I was sent their pergola for this fun event. This doll pergola provided the perfect venue for The Doll Wedding Reception! The Lemon Bay Doll Company offers high quality adventure items for your 18″ doll. You can find this pergola here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/271735638/doll-pergola-for-american-girl-18-inch?ref=shop_home_active_4
This pergola is AMAZING! The shadowing was beautiful! It really is a scaled down version of the real thing!
I was able to fit several tables underneath!
Gift table. A little birdcage from the Michael’s dollar bins were used for cards. Envelopes were created by cutting rectangular shapes from card stock paper.
The Bride’s and Groom’s table.
Guest table. The bouquets were recycled into the table floral arrangements by placing the bouquets in mini canning jars. I wanted to use the mini canning jars to keep with the mason jar theme from the wedding invitations. All plates were provided by Dolly’s Dining Room. You can find Dolly’s Dining Room here: http://dollysdiningroom.com
The food table! The food and cake are so amazing that they have their own separate post tomorrow with The Wedding Menu! All food items were provided by Dolly’s Dining Room.
Time to eat. Dylan and Sara were starving!
The guests loved the reception food!
Time to cut the cake!
The ladies have kicked off their shoes and are ready for some fun!
Dez caught the garter and his girlfriend, Victoria, caught the bouquet. If you remember, Dez really liked this tux! He went and changed so he could match is girlfriend! This tuxedo is part of The Doll Wedding Giveaway! Neat-N-Cheap Doll Outlet provided this tuxedo. Neat-N-Cheap Doll Outlet sells a large variety of doll clothes, shoes, and accessories for 7″, 8″, 11-1/2″, and 18″ dolls at very affordable prices. You can find them here: http://stores.ebay.com/neat-n-cheap-doll-outlet
Once dusk the pergola was lite up. I purchased a string of lights from Michaels and attached them to the pergola with fishing line. One of the groomsmen has offered to play his guitar.
I love this picture! You can fit several dolls under this pergola.
The guests dance the night away!
The bride and groom have danced the night away! All guests have left. They saved one last dance for each other.
Thank you for attending The Doll Wedding Reception!
