doll wedding registry

The Doll Wedding Registry is underway!  Sara and Dylan are so excited to go shopping for their wedding registry!  Ok…maybe Sara more so than Dylan.  A cute doll wedding registry is so easy to make.  Pull out a few of your favorite doll dishes and counter-top accessories and print out the printables in this post…that’s it!  Super easy!

Doll Wedding Registry Gifts

The punch bowl set is an antique child’s set I found on eBay.  I made the champagne glasses/fluted glasses.  I also made the doll Keurig: http://brandyshappyhome.com/how-to-make-a-keurig-for-your-dolls/.   The dishes are from Dolly’s Dining Room: http://www.dollysdiningroom.com/.  The stand mixer, crock pot, sifter, and rolling pin are from American Girl.  The drinking glasses are communion cups.  The measuring cups and spoons are from Our Generation sets at Target.  The flatware is from The Queen’s Treasures: http://www.thequeenstreasures.com/18-inch-doll-accessories/colonial-utensil-set-fits-18-inch-dolls.html

doll champagne glasses steps

I’m going to let you in on how I created these adorable fluted/champagne doll sized glasses.  I recycled wedding favor bubbles.  The lid was removed.  Using a coping saw with a fine tooth blade, I cut off the rim.  The course end was then sanded with a fine 220 sandpaper to remove all the edges.  I did use a tiny bit of Vaseline to the sanded edge to seal the end.  The little glasses came out super cute and you’ll never know they were a wedding favor.

Dylan gets an A for effort. Hands down, he’s got the most cheerful face of any groom at a wedding registry. Go Dylan! Love the fluted glasses. I was wondering where you found them. Thank you for sharing this great crafting idea.
